The photophonic reflection on biotechnology issues that I found is the street light. When night driving, there will have a lot of street light is spoil or not function. For who drive car is not a big problem, but for motor driver that is a big problem. This will cause motor driver drive in dark situation and it quite dangerous.

            Besides that, the first issue of the street light is high consumption. Several trillion kWh are spent on street lighting each year across the world. A high level of consumption corresponds to a high level of generated energy, which results in a high level of noxious emissions.

            Second issues of the street light is there are challenges associated with system maintenance such as lighting network operator learn that a particular lamp or component of a street light has failed and has to be fixed or replaced.

            Third issue of the street light equally critical, issue concerns the billing of street lighting energy use. The invoices that municipalities must pay are imprecise and dependent on calculations, hence street lighting is also known as "unmetered load". It is quite expensive and waste money and energy.
