The ECO enzyme is using fresh kitchen garbage such as fresh leaves, fruit peels, vegetables or plant to be thrown away. The ECO enzyme is add the brown sugar into the fresh kitchen garbage and seal at plastic bottle and leave it about 3 month, then the ECO enzymes can wait for use.For social innovation proposal in food and agriculture is find an organization such as orphanage to doing the garbage enzyme which also can named it as ECO enzyme. The ECO enzyme not only can reduce waste or rubbish, it also can recycle become a new product such as multipurpose cleaning liquid.

The ECO enzyme only need 1kg brown sugar, 3 kg fresh kitchen garbage and 10 litre water. It very simple and can keep until 20 years also can use. The ECO enzyme can kill bacteria, it also can use replace multipurpose cleaning liquid which using chemical.

The multipurpose cleaning liquid which using chemical can harm the environment and ocean when pour the chemical liquid into the river. But the ECO enzyme will not harm the environment and ocean, it also can achieve environmental protection.

When the ECO enzyme is done and pack, it can sell and earn money. I plan to sell it at shopee and Lazada. Besides that, it can sell at Facebook live and teach house wife to make the ECO enzyme. It can raise up the awareness and it also can protect the environment. Not only this, the money which earn can donate to orphanage. It also very less cost to make the ECO enzyme.

When sell the ECO enzyme, we will promote the enzyme can kill bacteria and it will achieve environmental protection. Besides that, we also can sell the enzyme to raise the awareness which 100,000 enzyme will save 1 million trees. We also will bring the message about the household’s sector accounts for 44.5 percent of the 16,667.5 tonnes of food waste generated in Malaysia daily and not to waste of food.

As conclusion, the ECO enzyme not only can raise the awareness about too much food waste is generated in daily, it also can use as multipurpose cleaning liquid and environmental friendly. Besides that, it is using very low cost, recycle and simple to make. It also can earn money to donate to orphanage.
