ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY

For social innovation proposal in environmental technology is organize an activity which is raise up awareness at the same time can earn money. I will design a meal box and sell to the restaurant to raise up the awareness of using meal box compare to plastic bag or polystyrene to take care our environment.

The proposal will start from me and few volunteer, we will design a meal box and find a factory to create it. Then, we will find many restaurant around Kedah to join our activity. We will explain to the restaurant owner about the activity. The activity is quite attractive and can earn money at the same time.

The meal box which design will use by restaurant owner, we will get from factory about RM 0.50per unit only and we sell to the owner RM1.00per unit. The restaurant owner sell their food, they can ask customer to add on RM2.00 to get the meal box to support the activity.

Besides that, we also will persue the restaurant owner to discount to their customer about RM0.50 when the customer bring their own meal box. We also will have a banner to put at the restaurant to help the customer know more detail about the program.

Futhermore, we also will keep promote at social media such as facebook, Instagram, tik tok and youtube about this program. We also will promote the activity and which restaurant can support the activity. The proposal will raise up the awareness about recycle, take care our earth and less use plastic bag and polystyrene.

The action not only can save our earth, it also can save our ocean, creature and animal. The promotion also can let the restaurant owner will have more customer at the time they can earn money from selling the meal box which we design. The money which we earn about RM 0.50 per unit we will donate the money to OKU organization.

As conclusion, the proposal can have many benefit. It can help to raise up the awareness, at the same time it also can earn money and donate to organization which need help. It also can help restaurant owner to earn money will they promote the meal box and it also can bring more customer to the restaurant. The most important it can save our earth and less using plastic bag.
